Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
- 17.6 oz (500 g) of flour
- 2.8 oz (80 g) of cocoa powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 8.5 fl oz (25 cl) of water - 8.5 fl oz (25 cl) of beer - 8.5 fl oz (25 cl) of milk - 1 pinch of salt
- 4.4 oz (125 g) of butter
- 1 oz (30 g) of sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs.
Chocolate sauce:
- 6.8 fl oz (20 cl) of liquid cream
- 7 oz (200 g) of grated dark chocolate
- 2.5 oz (70 g) of butter
Preparation
Prepare the chocolate sauce by heating the cream and bringing it to a boil. Remove from heat, incorporate the grated chocolate, then the butter.
Set the chocolate sauce aside and proceed with the preparation of the waffles.
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
Pour the flour into a mixing bowl. Add the salt, sugar, cocoa powder, and eggs.
Beat with a whisk. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the liquid. Add this mixture to the mixing bowl along with the melted butter.
Continue beating until the batter is smooth and homogeneous. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
