- 3 3/4 cups (500 g) flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 1 cup (250 ml) beer
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 cup (125 g) butter
- 3/4 cup (80 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup (80 g) sliced black olives
- Rosemary
- 4 eggs
Preparation
Melt the butter and let it cool.nPour the flour into a mixing bowl. Add salt and eggs. Beat with a whisk. In a second container, dissolve the yeast in the liquid (water + beer + milk).nAdd this mixture to the first bowl along with the melted butter. Add the grated Parmesan, chopped rosemary, and olives, previously cut into small pieces.nContinue beating until the batter is smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
