The light raclette

The light raclette

The light raclette offers a lighter version of this convivial dish, while maintaining all its deliciousness. Replace the traditional cheese with a low-fat variety and accompany it with grilled vegetables, steamed potatoes, and lean cold cuts. A tasty way to enjoy raclette while watching your figure!

Ingredients

  • 600 g of low-fat raclette cheese with 12% fat content (that's for the figure!)
  • To replace potatoes: mushrooms, sliced celeriac, spinach shoots, zucchini slices, etc.
  • 16 slices from: ham, chicken breast, air-dried beef, bacon
  • Gherkins and pearl onions (for crunchiness)
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

To start

Because it's still possible to eat raclette when you're watching your figure!

When your vegetables are washed and thinly sliced, place your Lagrange raclette appliance on the table (one of the best moments of the evening).

Arrange the slices of raclette cheese, cold cuts, raw vegetables, as well as gherkins and pearl onions on platters (presentation is important!).

Next

All that's left is to grill the bacon and your zucchini slices on top of your appliance.

You're ready for a moment of conviviality with your family or friends!
