- 1.5L of milk
- 1 yogurt or 1 sachet of starter culture
- 300g of dark chocolate
- 150g of powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons of Régilait powdered milk

Dark Chocolate
Homemade yogurts are the best way to end a meal or enjoy a healthy and delicious snack! To please the greatest number, this delicious homemade dark chocolate yogurt recipe will delight both young and old.
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan. When the milk comes to a boil, remove it from the heat.
2. Add the dark chocolate broken into pieces. Mix with a whisk until the chocolate melts and blends with the mixture. Put the mixture back on low heat if necessary.
2. Then add the 3 tablespoons of Régilait and sugar off the heat. We recommend adding the sugar gradually and tasting to adjust the amount to your taste and the intensity of the chocolate you have chosen (70%, 85%...). Mix again.
3. Let everything cool down. When the mixture reaches room temperature, add the yogurt or the starter culture sachet.
4. Distribute the mixture into the different jars and place them in your yogurt maker. The recommended time depends on your yogurt maker, check this in your instruction manual.
5. Once the yogurts are done, cover them and let them cool in the refrigerator for a few hours.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Make the same yogurts with white chocolate using 450g of white chocolate. Then follow the recipe above, substituting the chocolate and its quantity.
