
Corn Waffles
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, corn waffles are a delicious treat with every bite! Perfect for an original snack or a gourmet brunch. Who can resist?

- 500g of flour
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 640ml of milk
- 120ml of oil
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 200g of canned corn kernels
- 4 tablespoons of chopped parsley or chives
- 50g of grated parmesan
Preparation
Preheat the waffle maker. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk the eggs, milk, and oil in a container and add to the other ingredients listed above.
Stir until the batter is almost smooth. Add the corn, parsley or chives, and parmesan.
Brush both surfaces of the preheated waffle maker with butter. Spread the batter evenly across the surface. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until the waffle is golden and crispy.
Serve the waffles immediately.
