Balsamic-glazed bell peppers, a perfect blend of sweetness and character! Perfectly cooked to enhance their flavor, for a savory and colorful side dish. A simple and elegant delight to be shared generously.

  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Fleur de sel
  • Basil 

Preparation

Preheat the plancha to 220°C (428°F).

Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the stem and seeds.

Cut them into thin strips. Mince the garlic or cut it into small pieces and set aside. Drizzle the bell peppers with olive oil.

Cook at 220°C (428°F) for 5 to 10 minutes on your Plancha, occasionally sprinkling with a little hot water and stirring with the spatula.

At the end of cooking, when the strips are golden, add the garlic and sauté for one minute.

Place the grilled bell peppers in a dish and season with fleur de sel and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

Serve with a few basil leaves.
