Composed of two essential bacteria, Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus, derived from healthy and natural cultures, these starters ensure perfect fermentation of your milk, creating creamy and smooth yogurts with an irresistible texture.
Lagrange organic starters are designed to easily make slightly flavored homemade yogurt without using industrial yogurt. Each sachet allows you to prepare 9 yogurts of 165 ml with 1.5 L of milk, and they are compatible with all types of yogurt makers. Simply pour a sachet of starter into your milk, place your preparation in your Yogurt Maker and let it work for 8 to 12 hours depending on the type of milk used to obtain creamy and delicious yogurts. Made from organic agriculture, these starters are slightly flavored and without added sugars, ensuring perfect texture and consistency for your homemade yogurts. With natural flavors available in vanilla, strawberry, and lemon, you can customize your creations according to your preferences. Additionally, you can reuse the obtained yogurt up to 5 times, although the flavoring will not be preserved during reuse.

Fonctionne parfaitement pour 1,5 Liter de lait et 9 yaourts. Je laisse fermenter 13 heures avec du lait entier UHT à température ambiante et 14 heures avec du lait sortant du réfrigérateur

Works perfectly for 1.5 liters of milk and 9 yogurts. I let it ferment for 13 hours with whole UHT milk at room temperature and 14 hours with milk from the refrigerator. (Translated review)
