- 1 large cup of chopped fresh or frozen fruits
- 6 tablespoons of oat-based muesli
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 plain yogurt or 1 packet of starter culture
- 1.5L of milk
- 1 knob of butter

These homemade yogurts with muesli will be the perfect breakfast or an excellent healthy and balanced snack. A sweet break that won't lack indulgence thanks to the red berries.

1. Clean the fresh fruits or use frozen red berries, then cook them with the brown sugar for 30 minutes. Afterwards, let them cool to room temperature.
2. In a bowl, pour the yogurt or starter culture and gradually add the milk until the consistency is smooth. If you like a sweet taste, you can add a little sugar to the mixture.
3. Fill your yogurt jars with the red berry compote, then with the milk mixture, and place them in the yogurt maker. Follow the instructions for cooking recommendations.
4. Once the yogurts are at room temperature, put them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
5. Toast the oat-based muesli in a buttered pan. Add a little honey to the mixture.
6. Pour the muesli and honey mixture over the prepared yogurts. Finish by decorating your yogurts with some red berries and enjoy!
