- 1 liter of milk
- 1 plain yogurt or 1 starter culture
- 4 prunes
- 4 dates
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Chia seeds

For 9 homemade yogurts
1. Place the pitted dates and prunes in your blender or in a bowl with the Lagrange Mix Pro.
2. Cover the mixture with some of the milk and let the prunes and dates soften for about ten minutes. Blend everything together.
3. Pour your plain yogurt or starter culture, the remaining milk, and honey into a bowl. Add the blended prune and date mixture to these ingredients. Mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into empty yogurt jars without their lids and add a teaspoon of chia seeds.
5. Start the yogurt maker according to your usual settings, Elise sets it to 12 hours for firm yogurts.
6. Let the mixture cool down then refrigerate. Wait a few hours before enjoying.
