
Banana bread
A soft and fragrant delight, the Banana Bread is the perfect combination of sweet ripe bananas and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Perfect for snack time or breakfast, it warms hearts with every bite.
Ingredients
- 4 bananas (including one for decoration)
- 70g of melted butter
- 120g of brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250g of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of liquid vanilla
- 100g of chocolate chips (save some for decoration)
- 100g of toasted and crushed pecans
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel or salt
Preparation
1. Peel and cut three bananas in half and place them in the blender bowl.
2. Add the sugar, flour, and baking powder. Add the 4 eggs.
3. Add the melted butter and vanilla flavoring.
4. Mix everything until you get a smooth texture.
5. Add the pecans, chocolate chips, and fleur de sel, then mix with a spatula.
6. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
7. Cut the remaining banana in half lengthwise.
8. Place it on top of the preparation as decoration and add some chocolate chips.
9. Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
