
Lemon Bricelets

Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 10.5 oz of flour

- Zest of one grated lemon
- Juice of one lemon
Preparation
1. Work the butter into a cream.
2. Gradually add the sugar, eggs, and other ingredients.
3. Incorporate the sifted flour and form a dough.
4. Let rest for 2 hours.
5. Fill the ornaments of the plates with the equivalent of a large teaspoon of dough.
6. Let cook for about 1 minute, pressing down the handles of your waffle maker at the beginning of cooking.
