A surprising and delicious sorbet! Made with turnip greens, this fresh and original dessert is enhanced with crunchy cookie pieces. A perfect marriage between vegetal sweetness and sugary indulgence, to awaken your taste buds with a touch of boldness!

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of water
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 1 bunch of turnip greens
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • A few white chocolate raspberry cookies

Preparation

1. Heat the sugar and water.

2. Wash the radish greens in clear water and drain them.

3. Using a blender, mix the greens with the syrup and the tablespoon of vinegar.

4. Let the mixture cool before placing it in a container in the refrigerator.

5. Once the mixture is cooled, put it in the LAGRANGE ice cream maker bowl and let it churn for 20 to 30 minutes.

6. When the texture is creamy, remove the sorbet and serve with cookie pieces.
