Ingredients
- 2.5 oz (70 g) of butter
- 3.5 oz (100 g) of sugar
- 1 egg
- 2.2 fl oz (65 ml) of milk
- 2 fl oz (60 ml) of water
- 1 vanilla pod
- 4.4 oz (125 g) of flour
- 3.9 oz (110 g) of dark chocolate
- 3.7 fl oz (110 ml) of liquid cream
- Coconut powder
- Scrapcooking sugar or chocolate decorations
Preparation
1. Melt the butter. Add the vanilla pod split in half, let it infuse in the hot butter for 15 minutes. Scrape the seeds with a knife, add them to the preparation and remove the pod.
2. In your Blender, pour the milk, water, brown sugar, add the egg, flour, and butter. Mix at maximum speed and transfer to a bowl.
3. Preheat your Premium Waffles® with the wafer plates. Once hot, pour a ladle of batter in the center. Close and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Shape the cone using a metal or wooden cone mold. This operation must be done quickly.
5. Leave on the cone for 1 minute, when the wafer has taken the shape of the cone, remove it and place on a rack at room temperature. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
6. Make the ganache by melting the chocolate with the cream. When the mixture is homogeneous, keep it warm in a bain-marie. Dip the cones in the ganache. Add toppings according to your taste and preferences.
7. Let cook for 2 minutes and remove onto a rack. The waffles will harden as they cool.
8. Let cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
9. Enjoy!
