Ingredients
- 1 piece of Mimolette cheese
- 8 slices of smoked trout
- 300 g of baby spinach
- 8 slices of white bread
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Preheat your croque-monsieur maker.
2. Grate the Mimolette cheese.
3. Place your grated Mimolette cheese between two slices of white bread.
4. Cook each croque-monsieur for 4 minutes and let them cool slightly on a wire rack.
5. Season the baby spinach with olive oil, salt and pepper.
6. Top each croque-monsieur with two slices of smoked trout and some baby spinach.
