
Régilait Salted Caramel Yogurt

- 1.5 L of semi-skimmed milk
- 5 teaspoons of Régilait powdered milk
- 100g of Régilait salted caramel butter spread

Preparation
Mix the semi-skimmed milk and Régilait powdered milk using a whisk.
Add the salted caramel butter spread to the milk and continue mixing until the mixture becomes perfectly homogeneous.
Then gently pour the mixture into the different yogurt pots and follow the recommendations of the LIGNE yogurt maker for the desired cooking time.
Once the yogurts are at room temperature, place them in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
Feel free to add a little more spread on top of your yogurts for an extra indulgent touch.

TIPS AND TRICKS
Depending on the desired consistency, cook for 6 hours for drinkable yogurts, or 15 hours for goat's milk yogurts.
