  • 1.2 kg of Raclette cheese cut into thin slices –
  • 10 'Reinette' or 'Canada' apples 

Preparation

Slice the apples into rounds, removing the central part containing the seeds. Then brown them in a pan with a little fat. Afterwards, place them in a heat-resistant dish on the upper tray to keep them warm.

Place 2 to 3 apple slices in the small pans, then add a slice of cheese.

Let it melt. You can sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
