Traditional raclette

Traditional raclette

Traditional raclette celebrates the authentic flavors of our regions. With melted cheese, flavorful potatoes, quality cold cuts and seasonal vegetables, this generous dish invites conviviality and sharing. A true delight for lovers of traditional and regional gastronomy.

Ingredients

  • 850 g of raclette cheese (the more, the better!)
  • 12 potatoes (if there are leftovers, they'll make a great salad the next day)
  • 20 slices of cold cuts: Savoy cured ham, cooked ham, Lyon rosette salami, dried beef, coppa (and any cold cuts you like!)
  • Gherkins and pearl onions
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

To start

Once the potatoes are washed, cook them with their skin on, either in water or steam.

Meanwhile, place your Lagrange raclette maker on the table.

Next

Arrange the raclette cheese slices, cold cuts, gherkins and pearl onions on plates.

Once cooked, drain the potatoes and place them in a dish with a little water (to prevent sticking!) on your raclette maker to keep them warm.

It's ready! Are you ready for a convivial moment with your family or friends?
