Pistachio, honey and mint yogurt

A fresh and delicious treat: creamy yogurt, crunchy pistachios, a touch of sweet honey and the freshness of mint. A perfect balance of flavors for a gourmet and revitalizing break!

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5L of milk
  • 1 yogurt
  • 75g of pistachios
  • 10 tablespoons of honey
  • 30 mint leaves
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of orange blossom water (optional)

Preparation

In a bowl, pour the yogurt and the tablespoons of orange blossom water (if desired).

Fill the yogurt jars, place them in your yogurt maker, and operate it according to the instructions in the manual. 

Once the yogurts are ready, place them in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours. 

At the last moment, shell the pistachios and roughly chop them using a mini chopper or mortar and pestle. Clean the mint and chop it very finely with your mini chopper or by hand. Mix these elements with the honey.

Mix everything in the original jars or in small presentation verrines.

Enjoy! 

Tip: This recipe works very well with soy milk, almond milk, or sheep's milk.
