Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5L of milk
  • 1 yogurt
  • 3 teaspoons of rose water
  • 450g of raspberries
  • 75g of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Régilait

Preparation

Pour the milk into a saucepan. Add the 3 tablespoons of Régilait powdered milk, the rose water, and mix with a whisk, then bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let cool. 

Cook the raspberries with the sugar for 10 minutes. Mix the 2 preparations with the yogurt prepared beforehand in 1 container. Finally, fill the jars. 

Cover the yogurts and place them in the refrigerator for a few hours.
