
Vanilla yogurt with caramelized nectarines

- 1.5L of milk
- 1 yogurt
- 1 vanilla bean
- 4 nectarines
- 150g of white sugar
- 3 tablespoons of Regilait powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar (optional)
Preparation
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the sugar and Regilait powdered milk.
Split the vanilla bean in half. Scrape out the seeds with your knife, then mix the pod and seeds into the milk and bring it all to a boil. Let it cool, then strain the milk using a sieve.
In a bowl, put the yogurt and add the vanilla-flavored milk. Dilute the yogurt in the milk using a whisk and add the rest of the milk to mix.
Distribute the mixture into your different jars and place them in your yogurt maker. The preparation time depends on your yogurt maker. Check the instructions beforehand for your preparation.
Cover your finished yogurts and place them in the refrigerator.
Cut the nectarines into small pieces. Cook them in a pan with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Add them to your yogurts before serving!
