A moment of sweetness with this coconut milk yogurt! Creamy, light, and naturally sweet, it's perfect for a delicious and healthy break. Enjoy it on its own or with fresh fruits, for an exotic pleasure with every spoonful!

  • 2 cans of coconut milk (400 or 500ml each)
  • 1 organic starter culture for plant-based milk (1 sachet for 1/2 liter, here 2 sachets)
  • 1 tsp of agar agar

Preparation

In a saucepan, mix the agar agar with the coconut milk, then bring to a boil.nRemove from heat, cover, and let cool. Add the starter culture and mix well.

Fill the jars and start the yogurt maker for 10 hours.nIf you wish to sweeten the yogurt, do it during the first step when you bring the milk to a boil (here it is sweetened with crufiture, a raw version of jam).

Once the program is finished and the yogurt has cooled well in the refrigerator, add a good tablespoon of crufiture. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and pour a thin layer over the crufiture, then refrigerate again.

To be enjoyed once the chocolate has hardened!
