
Chocolate and chestnut cream waffles

Ingredients
- 100 g of rice flour
- 50 g of buckwheat flour
- 20 g of powdered sugar
- 20 cl of plant-based milk
- 1 egg
- 1 packet of gluten-free baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80 g of chestnut cream
- A few hazelnuts/almonds

For 5 Waffles
1. In a bowl, mix the flours with powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, egg, and plant-based milk.
2. Mix with a whisk until all ingredients are fully incorporated. You will obtain a smooth and rather liquid batter.
3. Let rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. Preheat the waffle maker, setting it to soft and light.
4. Mix for a few seconds with a whisk.
5. Using a ladle, pour some batter onto the plates of the Premium Waffles maker.
6. Once the cooking is done, place the waffles on a plate, add chestnut cream and sprinkle some crushed hazelnuts or almonds on top.
