
Praline Waffles
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and deliciously sweet with colorful pralines... These praline waffles are pure delight! Perfect for a gourmet snack or a dessert that adds pep to your day.
Ingredients
- 270g of flour
- 1 egg
- 120g of butter
- 50g of sugar
- 150ml of milk
- A pinch of salt
- One packet of yeast
- Pink pralines (adjust quantity to taste)
Preparation
1. In a bowl, warm the milk and add the yeast. Mix and cover for 10 minutes.
2. In a bowl (or food processor), add the flour and egg, then knead. Add the milk and continue kneading.
3. Then add the sugar and salt.
4. Gradually add the butter and continue kneading the dough for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Add the pralines.
6. Once the dough no longer sticks to your fingers, form it into a ball and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
7. Form small dough portions and place them in your waffle maker.
