
Sand rose-style waffle
Crispy waffles made like sand roses, a light and delicious treat! Each bite is a perfect blend of sweetness and crunchiness, for an irresistible sweet break. Perfect for a snack or a shared moment of indulgence!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 35 g butter
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml water
- 30 g sugar
- 125 g flour
- 400 g white chocolate
- 200 g unsweetened corn flakes
Preparation
1. In a blender, combine milk, water, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and flour.
2. Blend until you get a smooth batter.
3. Heat up the PREMIUM WAFFLE MAKER®, select program "crispy waffle" 2.
4. Make all the waffles.
5. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
6. Once melted, keep it at temperature off the heat.
7. Add the chocolate-covered corn flakes and gently mix.
8. Cut the waffles into squares.
9. Dip each square in the melted chocolate with corn flakes. Cover all sides evenly. A waffle pick will be useful for this operation. (Or alternatively, use a fork).
10. Place each "sand waffle" on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
11. Refrigerate overnight.
12. Enjoy the next morning for a gourmet breakfast. It's best to let your sand waffles come to room temperature before consuming them, they will be even more delicious.
