Ingredients
- 100g of butter
- 250g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 300g of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 vanilla pod
- 250ml of milk
- 1 tub of vanilla ice cream
- 250g of raspberries
Preparation
The perfect recipe to celebrate the Swiss National Day!
1. Soften the butter to a creamy consistency.
2. Add and incorporate one by one the sugar, eggs, flour, salt, and the inside of the halved vanilla pod. Let rest for 2 hours at room temperature.
3. Preheat the LAGRANGE waffle maker equipped with the bricelet plates.
4. Fill the 4 molds of the plates with a ball the size of a teaspoon.
5. Cook for 1 minute, tightening the handles of the waffle maker at the beginning of cooking.
6. Let cool on a wire rack.
7. Assemble the bricelet millefeuille by alternating a layer of bricelet and a layer of ice cream.
8. Place crushed raspberries on top.
