Ingredients
- 4 panini breads
- 16 slices of beef cold cuts or pastrami
- 3 sweet and sour pickles
- 4 tablespoons of Savora
- 50 g red cabbage pickles
- 12 slices of cheddar
Preparation
Preheat your Premium Gaufres® with the panini plates.
2. Assembling the bread:
- Open the panini bread like a wallet.
- Spread one tablespoon of Savora inside each bread.
- Place 3 slices of cheddar in each bread.
3. First cooking:
- Close the bread and place them in the waffle maker, one at a time.
- Cook each bread for about 4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
4. Garnish:
- Remove the bread from the waffle maker and open them carefully.
- Add inside:
- 4 slices of beef cold cuts or pastrami,
- Some red cabbage pickles,
- 3 thin slices of sweet and sour pickles.
5. Serving:
Close the bread and serve immediately.
Tip:
- For an even more indulgent taste, you can slightly heat the pickles before adding them.
- If you like spicy flavors, add a pinch of Espelette pepper or strong mustard with the Savora.
