
Cheese and candied tomato waffles
Indulge in our cheese and candied tomato waffles! A perfect blend of melting and sweet-savory flavors, ideal for a snack or a light bite. Slightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, they will delight your taste buds with every bite!

500 g of flour

1 packet of baking powder

25 cl of water 25 cl of beer

25 cl of milk

Salt (to taste)

125 g of butter

200 g of grated Comté cheese

150 g of sun-dried tomatoes 4 eggs
Preparation
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
Pour the flour into a bowl then add the salt and eggs.
Beat with a whisk.
In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the liquid.
Add this mixture to the bowl along with the melted butter.
Add the grated Gruyère cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, previously cut into small pieces.
Continue beating until the batter is smooth and homogeneous.
Let rest for 30 minutes then pour the necessary amount of batter into your waffle maker.
Remember to quickly turn the waffle maker on its axis, for well-formed waffles.
