Blueberry yogurt

Blueberry yogurt

Difficulty:

A fruity treat to start the day right! The blueberry yogurt combines creaminess and natural flavors, perfect for a delicious and refreshing break.

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

  • 1L UHT sterilized whole milk
  • 1 plain classic yogurt (this serves as a starter culture)
  • 5 teaspoons of powdered milk (to add more firmness and creaminess to the yogurt)
  • 4 tablespoons of blueberry jam for mixing
  • 7 teaspoons of blueberry jam for the bottom

Preparation

Recipe created by Sarita, from the blog Recits de Valise

Melt the blueberry jam in a saucepan. Gradually add the milk. Then add the starter culture (the yogurt in this case) and the powdered milk. Mix well with a whisk until the consistency is smooth.

Let cool then put in jars, first placing a little jam at the bottom of each jar.

Then place the jars in the yogurt maker without their lids, close the yogurt maker and set it for 10 hours. Once the program is complete and the jars have cooled, remove them from the machine and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

TIPS AND TRICKS

Yogurts generally keep for one week in the refrigerator.
