Indulge in sweetness and deliciousness with these chestnut crepes, topped with a delicious red fruit coulis! A perfect combination of the delicate taste of chestnut and the freshness of fruits, for a dessert that's as flavorful as it is colorful.

Ingredients

For the crepe batter: 

  • 250g of chestnut flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 500ml of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil

For the red fruit coulis: 

  • 200g of strawberries
  • 50g of raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons of water 
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Preparation

1. Mix the flour and eggs.

2. Add the brown sugar and coconut oil.

3. Then, gradually add the milk while mixing.

4. Let the batter rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

5. Use this time to prepare the red fruit coulis by blending the strawberries and raspberries while incorporating the sugar and water.

6. Make your crepes on your favorite Lagrange crepe maker.

You can now enjoy your crepes!
