
Mini appetizer waffles

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 75 g of butter
- 200 ml of milk
- 200 ml of water
- 10 g of sugar
- 250 g of flour
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 lemon
- 1 Tzatziki sauce
Preparation
1. Beat the chicken breasts between two sheets of parchment paper.
2. Once flattened, place them in milk to cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. In a blender, combine the eggs, melted butter, milk, water, sugar, and drained chicken breasts.
4. Blend and refrigerate the batter for 1 hour.
5. Preheat your LAGRANGE waffle maker with the Mini Waffle Plates.
6. Cook the waffles.
7. When the waffles are cooked, let them cool on a wire rack.
8. Add a drizzle of lemon juice and enjoy dipped in tzatziki sauce.
