
Oriental Spice Granola
The Oriental Spice Granola is an invitation to travel with every bite. Ingredients
- 200g of large rolled oats
- 50g of pistachios
- 50g of cashews
- 50g of walnuts
- 50g of sunflower seeds
- 40g of oil
- 70g of honey
- 1 apple
- 100g of candied oranges
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of green cardamom
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Shell the pistachios.
3. In a food processor, coarsely chop the pistachios, cashews, and walnuts.
4. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix.
5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake and after 5 minutes, stir the Granola. Repeat this process 2 times.
7. Let it cool and use to flavor your yogurts!
