Indulge in the sweetness of this yogurt with roasted figs and caramelized almonds. Each bite is a perfect balance between the sweetness of figs, the crunch of almonds, and the freshness of yogurt. A decadent and comforting dessert or breakfast, perfect for highlighting autumn flavors.

Ingredients

  • 12 figs 
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 150g caramelized almonds
  • 1.5L whole milk 
  • 1 packet of starter culture 

Preparation

1. Wash and cut the figs into quarters. In a pan, sauté the fig quarters with butter and brown sugar.

2. Roughly crush the caramelized almonds.

3. Mix the almonds and figs.

4. Fill the yogurt jars with the mixture.

5. Mix the milk and starter culture until you get a homogeneous consistency.

6. Distribute the prepared milk into the jars and place them in the yogurt maker.

7. Cook for 8 to 10 hours and let cool in the fridge. Enjoy!
