
Raspberry, Bell Pepper and Espelette Pepper Sorbet
Dare to be original with this raspberry sorbet enhanced with a touch of bell pepper and Espelette pepper! Both fruity, slightly spicy, and refreshing, this surprising dessert will delight lovers of bold flavors. Perfect for impressing your guests during a summer meal or dinner party.
Ingredients
- 500 g fresh raspberries
- red bell pepper juice
- 2 tablespoons of Espelette pepper
- juice of one lemon
- 80 g of water
Preparation
1. Blend the raspberries with red bell pepper juice and lemon juice. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan, bring water, sugar, and Espelette pepper to a boil.
3. Let simmer for a few minutes, then cool completely.
4. Add the spiced syrup to the fruit puree, mix well.
5. Pour into your ice cream maker and churn for 30 minutes.
6.Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
