- 1.2 kg of raclette cheese cut into thin slices
- 12 potatoes
- 250 g of goat cheese cut into thin slices (2 small cheeses),
- Black olives
- Thyme
Preparation
Cook the potatoes in their skins. Place them in a dish (with a little water at the bottom) that you will put on the upper tray.
Fill the small pans with a slice of goat cheese and a slice of raclette cheese. Let it melt until a light golden crust forms on the surface.
Slide onto your plate and sprinkle lightly with thyme.
Enjoy with some black olives and potatoes.
