Nougat yogurt

Smoothness and indulgence combined in this nougat yogurt! A creamy and flavorful blend, where the richness of yogurt perfectly marries with the crunch of nougat. An irresistible delight to savor at any time of the day.

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5L of milk
  • 300g of nougat
  • 3 tablespoons of Régilait powdered milk
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of fir honey
  • Sliced or whole almonds (optional)

Preparation

Cut the nougat into several small pieces. 

In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Add 3/4 of your white nougat, powdered milk at the same time as the sugar, and the honey. Wait until the mixture is completely liquid (a few minutes).

Then let it cool off the cooking plates, at room temperature.

In a bowl, pour the yogurt and mix everything together. Fill your yogurt pots and add the remaining quarter of nougat in pieces (which you had set aside earlier). Start the yogurt maker according to the instructions in the manual.

Once the yogurts are at room temperature, place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

TIPS AND TRICKS

For extra indulgence, drizzle some honey and sprinkle some sliced or crushed whole almonds on top of the yogurt. 

Consume the nougat yogurts within 8 days of preparation.
